Editorial Policy

FinMatz publishes content that is original, fact-checked, and aligned to our calculation methodology. This policy explains how we research, write, review, and update everything you read here.

Accuracy & Sourcing

Every article and calculator page is researched against primary sources where relevant. Financial formulas follow our published methodology. Where rules change (tax slabs, PF rates, gratuity rules), we update the affected pages and note the update date.

Our Workflow

  1. Brief — define the topic, primary keyword, and reader intent.
  2. Draft — written by a named author.
  3. Editorial review — checked for accuracy and clarity.
  4. SEO & schema check — structure, internal links, structured data.
  5. Publish — with author attribution and date.
  6. Scheduled refresh — periodic review for currency.

Authorship & E-E-A-T

Articles carry an author byline with credentials. Authors disclose relevant expertise. We do not publish anonymous money advice.
